My experience: |
Even though I won the BollyIdol costume
design award, I've
also helped the cast as a make up artist, dressing and undressing the
ladies backstage ready for their next scene, and now play
the role of a South Indian
fisherwoman.
Being a part of the Precious Bazaar team has been one of
the most amazing experiences of my life to date. I met some
great people from Amitabh
Bachchan fanatics
to someone who can imitate Gollum
from LOTR down to a ‘T’. The
journeys on the Prembus,
and staying at the Premlodge!
The pranks played on nearly every single member of the
Precious Bazaar Crew.
As some famous philosopher once
said…'its that journey that is
most important than the destiny'.
The journey of Precious bazaar is a journey that I will hold
very close to my heart for the rest of my life… |

Future BollyIdols |
Even though I was a dancer for 3-4
yrs of my life, I decided
I wanted to explore another one of
my talents, so took a leap of faith and submitted 2 designs
for the costume design category.
BollyIdol has been a platform for me, and everyone else
within the team. It opened many
doors for me, and now I'm living my dream. |
| What next: |
I will be playing the lead role in a play
called Anum, soon touring nationally and internationally.
Also in the pipeline is a role in a short feature
film which will be launched at festivals throughout the
world including Cannes.
I'm also launching my own collection
through an independent label which will be distributed in
New York and UK. |
