Kaleel Anwar
Kaleel is a Lawyer with an arts background based in Cheshire and also in London. His legal practice focusses on litigation and joined Phizzical as a director in 2021. He has worked on various highly confidential cases involving celebrities and members of the Royal family outside of the UK and has been involved in other cases internationally reported by the press. He regularly appears on TV, is quoted in the press and conducts radio interviews discussing topical legal issues. His recent appearances include Sky News, Channel 5 News, The Times, Daily Mail, The Guardian, BBC London, Asian Network & Classic FM.
Kaleel trained in drama, music and dance in the North West before pursuing masterclasses and professional work in London on the West End. He has performed at the Royal Opera House and many other prestigious venues in and outside of London. He is also a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and an associate artist with the BBC.

Hannah Barker
Hannah is Creative Producer at Belgrade Theatre with particular focus on Participation and Talent Development. In her role she works with freelance artists and the theatre’s Springboard companies made up of arts organisations creating/supporting work with and for different communities including those who are marginalised, identify with disabilities and with lived experience of homelessness. Prior to joining Belgrade, she was a freelancer for 15 years, co-founding Analogue Theatre Company which went on to win multiple awards including 2 Fringe Firsts, tour and co-Produce work across Europe, develop shows as a National Theatre Studio Associate Company and publish three plays with Oberon. She is a recipient of a British Council Artists International Development Fund, and an Arts Connect Cultural Leader and is a fully trained journalist. With dual UK/USA nationality, she has travelled and worked in the US, Africa, Asia, Australasia and Europe and for Festivals including the Australia and New Zealand Festival in London.

Bhavika Chauhan (Chair)
Bhavika Chauhan is an ISEB certified business analyst with experience in the media, financial and technology services sectors. She is currently the Business Relationship Manager at The Walt Disney Company overseeing Studio & Motion Picture, and distribution of films across the European sector. She was previously a Business Systems Analyst at Capital One and Logica.

Dr Jennie Jordan
Dr Jennie Jordan is Associate Professor in Creative and Cultural Industries at De Montfort University where she teaches creative business management and cultural policy. Her research interests focus on arts and festivals as influential institutions within urban cultural policy and on questions of cultural inclusion. She has published on festivalisation and creative leadership and the business-side of festival management.
She has extensive experience as a senior manager and consultant within the UK working with festivals, arts centres and municipal authority arts services. She was a member of the senior management team at the Phoenix Arts Centre in Leicester where she had responsibility for marketing and customer services and oversaw the transformation of communications at the start of the digital era. She has worked as a consultant to the Department of Culture, Media and Sport, Arts Council England, Nottingham Playhouse, Youth Music and East Midlands Cultural Consortium amongst others advising on marketing, widening participation and policy.

Parminder Khela
Parminder Khela is an operations executive with skills in credit control, logistics and digitisation. He has orchestrated and maintained business systems and set up effective communication channels with healthcare professionals and fellow colleagues to effectively resolve data entry and prescription issues for the pharmaceutical company Celgene. Working with global companies such as Norsk, DHL, Harrods and Cath Kitson, he has been responsible for all exports, ensuring new processes are set up for Customs post Brexit. His formative years at Slough District Council in implementing and managing safeguarding practices have ensured Phizzical’s policies reflect the needs of vulnerable young people and adults.
