Trush Tailor, AKA Tiddy has been a student of percussion since the age of 6. His foundations are in Indian Classical Tabla, under the tutelage of Gurmit Singh Virdee and the Benarasi Gharana. Trushar took a fascination to music at this early age and found his way into the realms of Bollywood, performing at festivals from as early as the age of 8. This transition took him from Tabla over to adapting his hand to Dholak, Naal, Dhol and all manner of other world percussion. The newer styles, and onstage training opened up opportunities away from just the UK Bollywood music scene and he achieved a name for himself as a multi percussionist amongst Latin, Western Pop, and Jazz acts worldwide.   He is currently a full time member of the 515 Crew as percussionist and also is a founding member of a fusion and production unit – Elemantra, and 4Q studios.   Bombay Superstar will be Trushar’s debut as a percussionist for a Musical Theatre based project.
